I'm Ashley Culp, a Registered Massage Therapist practicing in the beautiful, and growing city of Carleton Place, Ontario. I service the surrounding areas of Perth, Mississippi Mills, Almonte, Smiths Falls, Carleton Place, Lanark County and the Ottawa area. Located at 20 Bennett Street, Unit 203, in Carleton Place, On, I am proud to offer services from an accessible building and treatment space to my patients and visitors.
My current treatment modalities include Craniosacral Therapy Level II, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Level II, Cupping Massage, Visceral Manipulation Level I, Hot Jade Stone Massage, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IATSM) - please note that I do not practice Swedish Massage techniques in a traditional way, but have slowed down the pace, and have targeted specific tissues (with specific pressure) and have combined treatments with the aforementioned light touch modalities, treating the body’s pain and dysfunction from a more holistic perspective.
I am happy to offer direct billing to my patients, and also offer online booking for your convenience.

You can find me at 20 Bennett St, Unit 203, Carleton Place, inside the grey brick building. Please come in the main entrance and wait in the lobby before your appointment. The washrooms are located down the hallway to your right on the left hand side.

I require a credit card on file for booking purposes.
Payments can be made through Debit, Amex, Visa, Master Card, Cheque, or Cash -
I provide deep, specific pressure when needed to access certain tissues. I always work to tissue resistance and within the patient’s pain tolerance. I will ask for feedback during the treatment and check in periodically to maintain ongoing consent.
