Fascial/Scar Work
Treats the connective tissue network that surrounds the muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, and organs. Scar formation is natural, but can restrict movement, other structures, and cause pain. Releasing these restrictions can reduce pain and increase mobility.
Cold Laser Therapy
A pain-free, non-invasive modality that heals the tissues at the cellular level. See the Cold Laser Therapy page for more information.
Visceral Work
Targets and releases the fascia surrounding the organs and abdominal tissues. These can get adhered to one another due to injury, pregnancy, IBS, trauma, or repetitive motions (for example).

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Where we always begin with the neck - we clear the neck first in treatment in order for the lymphatic fluid to have somewhere to flow back to (as lymph always flows back to the heart through the neck, or terminus).
If you were ever wondering what to expect from a MLD treatment, it is very light, and only engages the skin. It is very relaxing and soothing, and can be performed on any area of the body that is affected (by edema (swelling), pain, or acute/chronic injury).
This is a short video that goes through a bit of the neck sequence, to give to a bit of an idea of what to expect from your first treatment. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

Accessibility is important to us! If you are unable to come to me, I might be able to come to you. Remote appointments are available for accessibility reasons, so please do not hesitate email to me to inquire about your needs and my service area.
155 Industrial Ave is an accessible site, with accessible washrooms, low lighting in the treatment room, and we welcome feedback on ways we can improve our space to make it more accessible to better suit your needs!
Mobile appointment rates are $130 per 1hr Massage Treatment.
