Program Eligibility & Admission Requirements
Eligibility for Registered Massage Therapy is based on a referral from a primary health care professional (in the context of WSIB, this includes physicians, chiropractors, physiotherapists and/or nurse practitioners). Once eligibility has been confirmed, we can then move forward with treatments.

Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)
As a VAC service provider, I am able to direct bill Medivale Bluecross insurance for qualified Veterans. After your eligibility/VAC health card number has been verified, I am required to obtain authorization before providing Registered Massage Therapy services.

Elegibility Coverage
You may receive up to 15 Massage Therapy visits per calendar year, and there is no maximum limit - these are guidelines only and may be waved by your case manager. You must already have a Doctors prescription prior to your initial appointment or the session will not be able to be booked.
