Join me for an engaging and educational evening designed to help you and your spouse, partner, family member, or friend learn how to safely and thoughtfully apply massage to various areas of the body; fostering relaxation, connection, and overall well-being. This is a private, mobile booking that must be made through ashleyculprmt@gmail.com
Group bookings available upon request.
In this workshop, we will present on the following information:
Explore how to apply safe and appropriate pressure, depth, and release techniques.
Discuss the importance of consent in massage.
Answer any questions that arise during the session.
You’ll also receive my contact information for follow-up questions after the workshop, a pdf with Consent & Self Care Tips as well as information about when to see a RMT or seek medical attention before performing massage, a complementary oil bottle, and a copy of the presentation.
This workshop is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional treatment. No insurance receipts will be issued.
Details:
Fee: $160 per couple + HST.
Length: 90min
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will incur a $60 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full fee. Thank you for your understanding.
